Description
Armorfireservices LLC is in search of a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, providing information about our fire safety services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and scheduling to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and follow up on service orders.
- Assist in the development of customer feedback surveys to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to listen actively and demonstrate empathy toward customers' needs.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems, including CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive office culture.
