Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for Fitbit products in German.
• Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through technical solutions step-by-step.
• Answer questions about features, accounts, and services.

• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
• Good English skills.
• Interest in technology and smart devices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable learning new products and systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
• Previous technical support or customer service experience is an advantage.
