About the role

Fixed Term Contract

As R&D Project Manager, you will lead product development projects from concept to market launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across R&D, Marketing, and Supply to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You’ll manage timelines, resources, risks, and communication with stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end development of new and existing products  

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments 

  • Manage project documentation, timelines, risks, and budgets using PPM tools 

  • Track progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed 

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management 

  • Support decision-making through clear reporting and risk assessments 

The experience we're looking for

-

  • Degree in science, engineering, or related field 

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG product development 

  • Strong project management and leadership skills 

  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities 

  • Experience with PPM tools and cross-functional collaboration 

  • Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally

  • Experience in laundry or home cleaning products 

  • Ability to manage complex projects and influence across functions 

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills 

  • Understanding of regulatory, sustainability, and quality standards
