We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing operations function and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for owning our marketing tech stack, streamlining and automating marketing processes, and maximizing ROI across all marketing channels through data and insights. This role reports to our Vice-President of Demand Generation.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Technology and Data Management
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools
- Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and governance across all marketing systems and databases
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to measure marketing performance and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate marketing processes, workflows, and campaigns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and cost savings
- Develop and implement best practices for lead management, nurturing, and scoring
- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions
- Develop and implement attribution models to measure the impact of marketing activities on pipeline and revenue
- Identify opportunities for testing and optimization across channels and campaigns
- Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing leadership and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of work experience in marketing operations, preferably at B2B SaaS companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
