Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the daily operations for A1 sure Inventory fulfillment, productivity, transportation, and local warehouses management and vendor management and Billing and Manage credit, returns and invoicing.
  • Work in compliance with the documented quality system and report any anomalies
  • Coordinate with Production planning team and control, shipments with forwarder
  • Manage customer formalities and Perform logistics distribution duties
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  • Inventory physical counting process and inventory accuracy,
  • Collaboration with the region sales organization to run an operation tailored to the end customer’s requirements while balancing fulfillment and inventory levels and operational costs
  • Teamwork with business & operation peers and other relevant stakeholders to define priorities & drive improvements and exchange best practices
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure minimum cross border delivery cycle time.
  • Streamlining and overseeing distribution channel network to increase logistics service level for end customer in line with region services organization guidance.
  • Owning operating KPIs through lean daily management and Liaison between factory and business with clear forecasting of A1 Sure FG inventory and probes form repair team.
  • A1’Sure spare part ecosystem – Own entire process from external / internal suppliers – Sourcing controllership system setup. To help reduced around 45% of parts cost
  • Own complete Bangladesh A1 sure end to end OTR operation.
  • Inventory Visibility – Complete setup  with Financial costing , POD clicking, PSI Documentation, Customer short shipment etc
  • Deep dive work-out on demo/MIR inventory liquidation and visibility to leadership role with relevant stake holders and support business
  • Complete control on aged and current inventory allocation including inventory purchase apart from TIA
  • Quotation from vendor for package – Reduce cost enabled more reduction in logistic cost & inventory control.
  • Identify new opportunities to optimize Cost-to-Serve (CTS) to improve margins, by working closely with sales, parts team & Production team.
  • Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an operations related field, or relevant degree.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in programs, technology, operations, or service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be very familiar with common formulas and tools (vlookup, if, sumif, index, match, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems Oracles, Apttus, SFDC etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment; must be responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels of the organization; able to energize and inspire
  • Collaborative; team player able to work closely with global and region teams; open to sharing information and best practices with the team
  • Demonstrated GE leadership values
