Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support SET’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiative. By providing sound and insightful financial perspectives, this role will collaboratively influence decision making across multiple functions, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing. You should be naturally curious, resourceful, engaging and have the ability and desire to drive incremental business value through the application of financial analysis.
Role Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional teams to support monthly and quarterly IBP cycles
Integrate financial forecasts with demand, supply, and inventory plans
Ensure alignment between strategic goals, operational plans and SET’s long range plan (LRP)
Play an integral role in the development of the annual long range plan and ensure IBP plans are in support
Provide financial insights to support product launches, capacity planning, and investment decisions
Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy
Support implementation of planning tools and systems that enhance IBP capabilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing / supply chain capacity
Sales & Operations (S&OP) and/or IBP (Integrated Business Planning) familiarity or experience a plus
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning tools (EPM Oracle, or similar)
MS Power BI experience a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with ability to influence, inspire and drive engagement
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
