Job Title: Component Planning Analyst

Location: ADS Headquarters (Virginia Beach, VA) NOT Remote

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supply and demand on a weekly basis to generate Purchase requests
• Bills Of Material (BOM) Creation and Maintenance
• Ability to comprehend large amounts of data to make sound procurement decisions
• Effectively manage BOM changes to alleviate potential dead inventory
• Extensive knowledge of ERP software
• Resolving Non-Conforming Material
• Maintain Item and Supplier shipment workflows
• Evaluate and release pre-booking holds
• Maintain BPA's/ Sustainment Orders & Programs Inventory
• Assist warehouse personnel with Kits & Components inventory related matters
• Assist purchasing with issue resolution
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Minimum 1+ years' prior procurement planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel
• Prior experience in Oracle is a plus
• Successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, organizational skills, and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
