Position Summary
Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Data Management Coordinator to support the data management department in maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage data workflows efficiently.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts Processing
- Maintain and update databases in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
- Monitor data quality and consistency across systems.
Compliance & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation of data reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Help with audits and support reporting processes.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure data procedures align with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data management or data entry roles.
- Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government contracting or defense-related data systems.
- Familiarity with data governance tools.

Work Environment
