Position Summary

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Hybrid Data Management Coordinator to support the data management department in maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage data workflows efficiently.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Billing & Accounts Processing

• Maintain and update databases in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
• Monitor data quality and consistency across systems.

Compliance & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of data reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• Help with audits and support reporting processes.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams.
• Ensure data procedures align with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data management or data entry roles.
• Proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting or defense-related data systems.
• Familiarity with data governance tools.
