Senior Planning Community Solutions (SCS) is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing Healthcare Enrollment team.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role where you will contact leads referred by health plans and help eligible individuals enroll in programs that can significantly improve their financial situation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the phone, building rapport quickly, overcoming objections, and following up consistently to drive results. If you are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by helping people while earning commissions, we want to speak with you.

As our department continues to grow, there will be opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to health plan-referred leads
  • Educate prospective clients on available financial assistance and enrollment options
  • Build trust and rapport with individuals over the phone
  • Follow up consistently with leads throughout the enrollment process
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Schedule consultations and enrollment appointments
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from initial contact to completion
  • Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and tracking systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Meet or exceed outreach, enrollment, and performance goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools strongly preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving sales goals.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
