We are looking for a Product Manager to join one of our Player product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to customers around the world. You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Player product vertical.

What the role involves

  • Contribute to the product roadmap based on customer insights, data, and business needs
  • Work with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and external providers to design and deliver industry-leading products
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Work cross-functionally with partner managers, marketing, designers, customer service, and operations teams to deliver product initiatives
  • Coordinate product launches and ensure smooth rollout of new features
  • Define success metrics and use data to measure the performance of product features
  • Monitor product performance in-life and iterate based on feedback and data insights
  • Maintain awareness of competitor offerings and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working closely with Engineering teams
  • A customer-focused, data-driven approach to identifying and solving customer problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support product decisions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of technology and agile development methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • A self-motivated working style with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Identity Verification products (KYC, AML)
