Super Technologies is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our product teams and help achieve our vision of providing unique and entertaining betting experiences to customers around the world. You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Sports product. You will focus on providing customers with an innovative, engaging experience that drives customer perception and player retention.
What the role involves
Customer and Competitor Insight
- Lead customer research, discovery, and the definition of customer value for our products
- Drive discovery and utilise customer feedback from multiple touchpoints across the organisation to build a picture of customer problems, opportunities, and behaviour
- Make data-driven decisions utilising customer research, behavioural, product, and commercial data
- Work with Data Analysts to develop the reporting capabilities necessary to understand and measure customer behaviour
- Define what success looks like for the product and use data to measure it, taking responsibility for in-life measurement, testing, and iteration against success metrics
- Maintain awareness of key competitors and monitor competitor offerings on an ongoing basis
Execution
- Take ownership of the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring customer value is always the key priority for the team
- Identify and understand customer behaviour and needs to define hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features and journeys
- Create best-in-class product features and journeys that take the player experience to the next level
- Work with Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems
- Coordinate product launch plans with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Support teams
- Develop a deep knowledge of the Super product
- Maintain awareness of regulatory compliance, GDPR requirements, and the legal positioning of the Sports Betting and Gaming industry and how these impact product features and requirements
Influencing People
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their expectations and incorporate their feedback where appropriate
- Set the right expectations with stakeholders and effectively communicate status and progress on outcomes and deliverables
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Understand the overall strategic direction of the company and how your area relates to it
- Build and maintain a roadmap that delivers on short-term and long-term objectives, aligned with overall company and product strategy
- Drive the roadmap from ideation and product discovery through to in-life product
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business viability, and technical feasibility
- Input into and define the quarterly Objectives and Key Results within your product team
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering teams
- A customer-focused, data-driven approach to identifying and solving customer problems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including excellent English
- Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- A self-motivated working style with the ability to drive Product Strategy and manage multiple priorities
