Position Summary:

The Director of Business Development leads organizational growth strategy, partnership development, and revenue expansion initiatives while leveraging AI-driven insights to identify market opportunities and improve conversion performance.

Position Details:

  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business development strategy
    • Build strategic partnerships and referral networks
    • Identify new revenue streams and service opportunities
    • Lead market research and competitive analysis
    • Oversee CRM strategy and pipeline performance
    • Present growth opportunities to executive leadership
    • Track revenue growth metrics and forecasting

AI & Automation Requirement

  • Must use AI for market intelligence and competitive analysis
  • Responsible for implementing AI-driven CRM automation and pipeline tracking
  • Expected to use predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Must leverage AI tools to improve outreach, targeting, and conversion performance

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience
  • 4+ years in leadership or revenue-generating leadership role
  • Proven track record of revenue growth or partnership expansion
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Admin, or related field

AI Requirement:

  • Experience using AI or analytics tools for market research, pipeline forecasting, or sales optimization
  • Ability to implement AI-driven CRM and revenue tracking systems
