Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the team supporting Booking.com. This role is based in Greece and involves providing high-quality assistance to German-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel booking experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat regarding bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related questions.
- Assist customers in resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective resolutions and service improvements.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer issues calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to working in Greece.
