Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking experienced German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prestigious Japanese multinational company in Greece. This role involves providing outstanding customer service and support to German-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth and professional communication experience while representing a globally recognized brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous customer support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management to enhance customer service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in multinational companies or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
