Our Client
Our client provides a SaaS solutions to optimize administrative and HR processes. They have more than 7’500 clients and 1’400’000 users all around the world (130 countries).
They design software solutions that provide simple answers to specific needs: time & activity management, HR management, employee engagement, expense reports. Our goal is to increase productivity while providing our clients with a simple, efficient and user-friendly experience.
Given their strong growth (40% per year on average) and their ambitions, they need to strengthen their workforce, which currently stands at 650+ people in France (Paris, Marseille, Nantes), Spain (Barcelona), Switzerland (Geneva) and now Germany (Munich).
Requirements
Your main mission will be to help sales grow our business in Germany using a variety of marketing tactics including digital campaigns, social media and events, supported by the global marketing teams. You will work closely with a Senior Field Marketing Manager, to ensure marketing aligns and contributes to pipeline growth. You will co-create a local strategy and roadmap that will best serve our goals.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲?
1/ Marketing campaigns
- Support integrated campaigns throughout the fiscal year
- Build buyer journeys with the most efficient tactics
- Work with the DACH PMM and the Senior Field Marketing Manager to define campaign topics and messaging
- Create or outsource content, including SEO-optimised content
- Work with sales on lead scoring and on other sales initiatives
- Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns throughout the funnel
- Support & drive performance marketing (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) and paid acquisition channels
2/ Web and content
- Work with global teams to manage local content on our website and marketing assets
3/ Communication & Event marketing
- Work with the global communication team to build and execute the local social media strategy
-Support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in executing impactful event marketing initiatives
4/ Testing, iterating, learning and reporting
- Share analysis, feedback from the field and associated recommendations to the relevant internal teams and stakeholders to accelerate our learning curve.
- Drive, adjust and analyse campaigns
- Report on performance and results

- volume and quality of leads generated and nurtured for the sales team

You’re the right fit if you:

❏ You have at least 2 years of experience in the SaaS sector in Germany and a successful experience in a Marketing role.
❏ You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
