Responsibilities
ITAC is seeking a motivated and creative Business Development & Marketing Associate (BDMA) to join our team. As a leading provider of integrated engineering and construction services for complex capital projects, ITAC is constantly growing and expanding our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting company business development, sales, marketing, social media, and general administrative needs.
Marketing Collateral and social media
The BDMA assists with creating, designing, and delivering marketing collateral. The BDMA is proficient with business development and marketing tools (advertising and graphics software), website content, and social and print media. The BDMA should have a strong background in creative writing. The BDMA manages and maintains the company’s social media presence, creating and distributing current company information using selected social media platforms. In addition, the BDMA is assigned special business development and marketing projects from time to time (examples: the company’s annual golf tournament, trade show participation, sponsorships, employee functions).
Business Development Support
The BDMA assists with assembling, editing and proofreading qualifications packages and proposals for accuracy, consistency, and conformity to current brand standards. Performs desktop publishing tasks (such as formatting to ensure proper styles, fonts, and graphics are being used) and finalizes packages adhering to RFP specifications and ITAC brand standards.
Administrative Support
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, the BDMA is responsible for administrative support to the assigned company group. Priorities will be defined by the assigned supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in business development or marketing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
