Business Development Manager — New York City & Westchester County, NY
Full-Time | Field-Based Role
Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Total Compensation: Includes performance-based incentives

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across New York City and Westchester County by building meaningful partnerships within the healthcare community.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular meetings with referral sources to ensure service expectations are met.
- Identify and develop new referral opportunities through outreach and lead generation.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams on initiatives to expand market presence.
- Monitor referral trends and respond proactively to changes.
- Execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare reports, track activity, and analyze market data to inform strategy.
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen communication and engagement with healthcare professionals.
- Support community-based initiatives and events to drive referral growth.
- Assist with new clinic openings and related outreach efforts.
- Represent the organization at events, conferences, and industry meetings.
- Facilitate opportunities for clinicians to connect with referral partners.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Healthcare or orthopedic industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Field-based role with regular local travel throughout New York City and Westchester County.
- Combination of standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
