Job Summary

This is a sales support role designed to specialize in demonstrating how Nextep’s integrated HRIS, payroll, benefits, and risk management technology solves the complex operational challenges faced by small to mid-sized businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customized, value-based demonstrations of the PEO platform, focusing on payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and HR reporting.
  • During tech solution calls ask prospects discovery questions to help BCs identify "pain points" in a prospect’s current HR workflow.
  • Map client requirements to our platform capabilities, identifying where standard features or custom API integrations are needed.
  • Record all demonstrations with Gemini (with prospective client approval) to ensure all information is being captured for follow-up and coordination with BCs and RSMs.
  • Explain the technical flow of data between our platform and client-side systems (e.g., 401k providers, Accounting software, ATS, and other HR related platforms).
  • Assist the Implementation team in the transition from "Closed-Won" to "Go-Live" by documenting technical requirements and client expectations.
  • Proactively look for tech solution call opportunities.
  • Assist with process documentation and updates in this role.
  • Manage BC Question cases.
  • Assist Sales Admins with the transition of proposal documentation prep, ensuring timely and accurate proposal preparation ramp up is completed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0-4 years of experience in a technical, sales, presentation, demonstration, solutioning type role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite preferred.
  • CRM experience is preferred; Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
