Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sustainability & Green Energy Company. In this meaningful Junior role, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking customers, assisting them in their inquiries related to sustainable energy solutions and eco-friendly products.
Your fluency in Italian will be key to delivering exceptional service, as you guide clients through our range of sustainable options, answer questions about energy solutions, and provide assistance with orders and installations. By fostering strong customer relationships, you will help promote our commitment to a greener future.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian through phone, email, and chat for sustainability and green energy inquiries
- Assist customers in understanding product features, energy solutions, and eco-friendly practices
- Manage order processing, account issues, and customer inquiries efficiently
- Document all interactions accurately within our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth service delivery
- Collect customer feedback to enhance our green energy offerings and service quality
- Stay informed about the latest trends in sustainability and renewable energy
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer-focused mentality with a passion for sustainability and green energy
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly related to energy or environmental sectors, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Genuine interest in promoting sustainable practices and helping customers make informed choices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM platforms is a plus
