As Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager at Veeva, you have the opportunity to make a real impact while learning from and contributing to a high-caliber team at a high-growth company. This role owns the strategic marketing plan and integrated marketing programs to drive demand, build awareness, and support customer education and retention for Veeva’s Commercial Solutions in France and Benelux. You will work closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute field marketing plans, working with key stakeholders to define the goals, strategy, content, tactics, KPIs for the year
Plan and build integrated marketing campaigns for both customers and prospects utilizing various channels, content types, and tactics, including email marketing (Marketo), social, digital advertising, sales enablement etc
Deliver virtual and in-person events from planning, preparation to execution, and reporting
Use Account Based Marketing strategies to help support key deals and key projects
Help organize the annual Veeva Summit, including logistics, customer communities, internal and external communications, event app management, and reporting
Work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs
Track and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budget
Requirements
Native-level French, with high proficiency in English
5+ years of experience in demand generation/field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutions
Ability to turn vision into strategy and a marketing plan
Experience running integrated marketing programs for demand gen and customer campaigns, from planning, execution, to reporting
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a number of stakeholders including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketing
Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
Experience managing quarterly and annual program budgets
Experience in vendor management and negotiating
Hands-on experience using CRM, marketing automation systems, digital advertising
Strong project management skills; excellent attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaigns
Self-starter with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Growth-mindset and a team player
Nice to Have
Regular attendance to the Paris office
Marketo and Sigma experience preferred
Experience developing and executing account-based marketing programs
Experience with customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns
Life sciences industry experiences a plus but not essential
