Analyst, Fundraising & Capital Markets — Investor Relations
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and relationship‑driven Analyst to support our expanding fundraising and capital markets initiatives. This in‑office role works closely with senior leadership to advance equity‑raising efforts, engage prospective investors, and develop clear, compelling materials that communicate our value proposition. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long‑term investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Capital Formation
- Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and targeted outreach lists.
- Support fundraising pipelines, investor funnels, and CRM tracking.
- Research prospective LPs and collaborate with third‑party marketing partners.
- Participate in introductory calls, relationship‑building efforts, and follow‑ups.
- Analyze investor trends to refine messaging and fundraising strategies.
Investor Relations
- Draft high‑quality investor communications, including presentations and quarterly updates.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all investor‑facing materials.
- Prepare briefing documents and agendas for investor meetings.
- Track investor sentiment and engagement to inform communication strategies.
- Support ongoing relationship management with new and existing LPs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Asset Management, Finance, and Executive teams to gather data for fundraising materials.
- Translate portfolio performance and strategic initiatives into clear, compelling messaging.
- Contribute to improving internal and external reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in fundraising, capital markets, sales, investor relations, or financial services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Proactive, personable, and team‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
- Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and cultivating investor relationships.
