This role invites individuals with a passion for technology and customer service to provide support to our Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers as they navigate our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers through online communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting processes and offer clear, step-by-step instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshoot processes in our support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on new product releases, service changes, and technical advancements to support customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to assist clients.
- Familiarity with customer support software and online troubleshooting tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new culture and environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
