Overview
We are seeking a Senior Designer with substantial residential experience - someone who understands the realities of construction, coordination and execution at a high level and who wants to continue refining their craft within a studio producing thoughtful, elevated work.
This position is for a designer who has seen the full lifecycle of luxury residential projects - from early concept through construction, installation and closeoutl - and who can translate creative vision into clear, buildable outcomes. You will work closely with the studio leadership team to develop, document and execute interiors that are intentional, sophisticated and resolved with rigor from concept through completion. You will work in close collaboration with leading architects and builders, engaging design decisions at an architectural level rather than as surface application.
Responsibilities
· Lead design development across large-scale residential projects
· Produce and oversee detailed CAD drawings, plans, elevations, and specifications
· Develop comprehensive FF&E packages, finish schedules and material palettes
· Coordinate closely with architects, builders, fabricators and consultants
· Anticipate construction and execution challenges before they arise
· Maintain design integrity and clarity throughout the course of multiple simultaneous projects

Requirements
· 4+ years experience in high-end residential design or architecture-focused studios
· Deep familiarity with the build process for luxury homes, including renovations and ground-up work
· Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
· Strong understanding of construction sequencing, detailing, and materials
· Ability to manage complex projects with independence, confidence and discretion
· Clear, polished communication and presentation skills
· Ability to travel to and from job sites, lift and carry light to medium size loads (up to 20 lbs) on occasion
