Als Pre-Sales Support Specialist unterstützt du aktiv bei der Entwicklung von Kundenlösungen, der Angebotserstellung und der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen – und legst damit den Grundstein für deine berufliche Zukunft. 🌱

🧩 Deine Aufgaben

✨ In dieser Rolle übernimmst du unter anderem:

• 🔍 Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Erstellung individueller[VS1]  Angebotskonzepte
• 🤝 Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales-, Technik- und weiteren internen Teams
• 🧮 Vorbereitung und Kalkulation von Angeboten mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Microsoft Word & Excel
• 📄 Zusammenstellung von Begleitdokumenten (Lösungsbeschreibungen, technische Unterlagen, Verträge etc.)
• 🛒 Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Klärung von KundenaAufträgen
• 🗂️ Pflege und Aktualisierung unseres CRM-Systems zur Sicherstellung korrekter Projektdaten
• 🧑‍💼 Unterstützung des Pre-Sales Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben
• 🔁 Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäfts

Requirements

🎓 Dein Profil

✅ Das bringst du idealerweise mit:

• 📚 Laufendes Studium in einem technischen oder wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang mit technischem Interesse
  (z. B. IT-Systemmanagement, Medientechnik, Medizintechnik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
• 🎯 Mindestens im 3. Semester eines Bachelorstudiums oder höher
• 💻 Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM von Vorteil – oderalternativ eine hohe Lernbereitschaft
• 🌍 Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• ➕ Weitere Sprachen (z. B. Französisch oder Spanisch) sind ein Plus
• 📞 Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten per Telefon und E-Mail
• 🔎 Hohe Detailgenauigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• ⚡ Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld

✨ Your responsibilities will include:

• 🔍 Analyze customer requirements and translate them into tailored solution offers
• 🤝 Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to align solution concepts
• 🧮 Prepare and calculate quotations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Word & Excel
• 📄 Compile and maintain supporting documents (solution descriptions, technical documentation, contracts, etc.)
• 🛒 Check, process, and clarify customer orders
• 🗂️ Keep our CRM system up to date, ensuring accurate and reliable project data
• 🧑‍💼 Support the Pre-Sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
• 🔁 Take on additional tasks as assigned in a dynamic work environment

🎓 What You Bring

✅ We’re looking for someone who has:

• 📚 Ongoing studies in a technical or business-related field with strong technical interest
  (e.g., IT Systems Management, Media Technology, Medical Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
• 🎯 Currently in the 3rd semester of a Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 💻 Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus—or strong motivation to learn it
• 🌍 Very good English and German skills (written & spoken)
• ➕ Additional languages (French, Spanish) are a bonus
• 📞 Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• 🔎 High attention to detail and precision
• ⚡ Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment
• 🧠 Strong sense of responsibility, self-organization, and reliability
