What You'll Do
- Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
- Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
- Ensure the property portfolio is rented to the fullest capacity
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
- Create and update a Property Activity Log (PAL) for each vacant property
- Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
What Qualifies You
- Active Tennessee real estate license
