Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, conference/events, and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing platforms, CMS tools, advertising campaigns, and ideally experience in animal/veterinary diagnostic products (Veterinary IVD)
This role supports marketing execution across websites, social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and e-commerce channels, with the goal of driving lead growth, brand awareness, and sales opportunities.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create engaging marketing content for the company website, landing pages, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Develop promotional graphics, newsletters, blog articles, and product content in collaboration with internal teams.
Website & CMS Management
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, or Contentful.
- Optimize website SEO performance and improve user experience (UX/UI) using Google Analytics, Figma, or Adobe tools.
- Ensure product information, promotions, and landing pages are accurate and updated.
Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to drive high-quality inbound and outbound leads.
- Manage marketing funnels, segmentation, email automation, and retargeting strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead qualification and conversion.
Digital Advertising & Social Media Campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including keyword planning, bidding, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn Ads, social media paid campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
- Track advertising KPIs and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI.
E-Commerce & Online Marketing
- Create and manage product listings, campaigns, and promotions on platforms like Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, and other e-commerce channels.
- Monitor online performance metrics and improve product visibility and conversion.
Conference & Event Support
- Assist in planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
- Prepare marketing materials, booth designs, product handouts, and follow-up campaigns.
- Support onsite execution and gather customer feedback during events.
Industry-Specific (Veterinary Diagnostics / IVD)
- Support marketing initiatives for veterinary diagnostic products (IVD).
- Assist in developing technical content, product descriptions, and educational materials for veterinary customers.
- Understand customer needs in vet clinics, animal hospitals, distributors, and research labs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn analytics, Shopify/Salesforce/HubSpot (if applicable) to track KPIs.
- Prepare weekly or monthly analytical reports and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with CMS tools (WordPress, Magento, Contentful), Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and social media management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary diagnostic products (Veterinary IVD), biotechnology, life science, or medical device marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools (Shopify, Amazon Marketplace).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or basic web development concepts.
- Experience with CRM and project management software (Salesforce, Jira, Asana, HubSpot).
- Graphic design or UI/UX experience using Adobe Suite or Figma.
- Experience supporting conferences, scientific trade shows, or marketing events.
