Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Sell technology hardware solutions (e.g., servers, networking equipment, end-user devices, peripherals, or related infrastructure) to SMB and enterprise customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hardware solutions aligned with their business needs
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and post-sale support
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging hardware technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology hardware
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of technology hardware products and solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
