- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CMM programs for measuring and inspecting complex mechanical parts.
- Use PCDMIS software to program and analyze CMM data.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models for programming.
- Perform inspections using CMM machines to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or measurement issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, including reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to improve inspection processes and methodologies.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
