Dupage Machine Products is a precision contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality “turned” metal components for OEMs across industries such as hydraulic , aerospace, medical, defense, automotive, and industrial equipment. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional quality, on-time performance, and engineering-driven solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Person to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prospect, identify, and secure new business.

·         Conduct on-site customer visits, presentations, and plant tours.

·         Prepare and deliver sales reports

·         Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, material requirements, and precision manufacturing processes (particularly CNC turning, Swiss turning, and related machining technologies).

·         Reports directly to management / ownership of the company

Requirements

Requirements

·         5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial products, machining, or related fields

·         Proven track record of sales growth and relationship-building.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational abilities.

·         CRM experience is plus
