More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
What’s next for Juniper?
We’re now entering the next chapter for Juniper: building a preventative health ecosystem for women that goes far beyond weight management.
Over the next year, we’ll expand beyond weight management into three powerful new layers of care:
- Diagnostics that bring science and data to the forefront, helping women truly understand what’s happening in their bodies.
- New areas of women’s health like menopause and hair loss, creating a connected suite of offerings that support her through every stage of life.
- Curated commerce, offering evidence-backed products and tools that extend care beyond prescriptions into everyday wellness.
Together, these will form a personalised, clinically grounded, and deeply human platform that redefines how women experience healthcare.
To bring this ecosystem to life, we’re hiring a Brand & Proposition Lead to define how each new offering is positioned, understood, and emotionally resonant, and how they fit together into one coherent Juniper story.

About the role (What You’ll Be Doing)
This role blends brand strategy, creative direction, and proposition development. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and the wider business, shaping how our emerging verticals are positioned and brought to market.
In this role, you will…
- Craft the story
- Build the unifying Juniper narrative: a brand architecture that ties weight, diagnostics, curated commerce, and new conditions into one compelling story.
- Develop the emotionally resonant angle for each new product line: what it means, why it matters, and how it helps women feel understood.
- Shape the propositions
- Translate insight (patient research, clinical signals, usage patterns) into clear value propositions, bundles, and membership concepts that drive adoption.
- Design and test new vertical propositions: positioning, messaging, naming, creative hooks.
- Bring ideas to life across touchpoints
- Partner with product, CRM, and, design, and growth to embed propositions across journeys, ensuring patients experience them as part of care, not clutter.
- Guide the creative direction for campaigns, landing pages, in-product surfaces, and lifecycle messaging.
About you (Who We Are Looking For)
You enjoy working in fast-moving environments, take ownership seriously, and bring clarity where things are still being figured out. Above all, you’re motivated by impact — not just launching work, but seeing it land, perform, and evolve.
You’ll excel in this role if you…
- Have 7–10+ years in brand strategy, creative strategy, proposition design, product marketing, or a related hybrid role
- Can turn complex problems into simple, compelling storytelling
- Know how to build from 0→1: proposition, positioning, naming, creative direction
- Are equally comfortable in creative ideation and rigorous strategic thinking
- Can work cross-functionally with product, design, CRM, clinical teams
- Enjoy owning the big picture but aren’t afraid to write the actual line or sketch the first wire
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where you get to define the playbook, not follow it
- Care deeply about building brands that make people feel understood, supported, empowered
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in women’s health, wellness, or consumer health
- Have shaped or launched connected product ecosystems
- Bring a creative background (copywriting, brand design, creative strategy)
