About The Role

Fundraise Up is building a world-class GTM Enablement function to support our next phase of scale. As the Senior GTM Enablement Partner, Solutions & Migrations, you will play a critical role in enabling our most technical, customer-facing teams, including Pre-Sales Engineers (PSEs), Solutions Engineers (SEs), and Migrations Engineers (MEs).

This is a senior, advanced individual contributor role designed for someone with deep technical credibility and proven enablement expertise. You will own onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement for technical GTM roles across the full customer lifecycle from pre-sale technical discovery through implementation, migration, and launch.

You will act as a strategic partner to GTM, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success leaders, translating business priorities into scalable enablement programs that improve time-to-launch, reduce risk, and increase customer confidence. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, executive-level facilitation skills, and the ability to influence without authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Enablement Strategy & Ownership. Own the end-to-end enablement strategy for PSE, SE, and ME teams, spanning onboarding, ramp, certification, and ongoing skill development across pre-sale, implementation, and migration motions.
  • Advanced Training & Facilitation. Design and deliver high-impact trainings, workshops, and certifications focused on technical discovery, solution validation, implementation planning, migration readiness, and executive-level customer facilitation.
  • Coaching Senior Technical ICs. Lead call reviews, project reviews, and role plays to coach experienced PSEs, SEs, and MEs on risk management, stakeholder alignment, technical storytelling, and customer communication.
  • Playbooks & Operating Standards. Codify and maintain technical playbooks, onboarding paths, and migration operating procedures that reflect current product capabilities and real-world field learnings.
  • Program Execution & Change Management. Plan and execute enablement initiatives from concept through rollout, ensuring strong change management, clear reinforcement, and alignment with GTM and product priorities.
  • Data-Informed Enablement. Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to analyze enablement impact using metrics such as time-to-launch, adoption, migration success, and customer satisfaction, and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership. Act as a trusted partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve handoffs, clarify ownership, and elevate the technical customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM Enablement supporting technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Implementations, or Migrations, with demonstrated depth in coaching, facilitation, and program ownership.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering enablement programs for senior technical audiences.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with experienced ICs and leaders.
  • Proven ability to own complex enablement initiatives end to end, from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort facilitating discussions across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using enablement, coaching, and analytics tools such as Gong, LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas), and CRM-related reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Migrations, or Technical Program Management.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally supporting distributed or global technical teams.
  • Familiarity with technical discovery, solution validation, integration planning, and migration readiness frameworks.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist.

Benefits

  • Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • FSA Spending Account.
  • Remote or Hybrid work. Our teams are spread globally.
  • 15 days of vacation, 7 company holidays plus an additional 3 floating holidays and 5 sick days.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
  • Paid parental leave (12/6 weeks).
