About The Team
What You'll Be Doing

Own the growth campaigns roadmap for OKX SG by defining strategy, prioritization, and performance targets

Lead the design, execution, and optimization of in-app and offline campaigns aimed at driving key outcomes such as AUM, trading volume, and product adoption

Leverage lifecycle segmentation, funnel analysis, and user segmentation analysis to identify conversion gaps, optimize segment-specific engagement strategies, and uncover growth opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional product, operations, and control functions to ensure campaign design aligns with user journey logic, internal controls, and MAS regulatory expectations

Translate growth insights into strategic recommendations, balancing short-term impact with longer-term engagement and brand credibility

Present findings and proposals to senior stakeholders; track KPIs and build dashboards to maintain visibility into campaign performance
What We Look For In You

5 ~ 8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle operations, or product-led growth, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital consumer platforms

Demonstrated ability to build and scale campaigns across the user lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation

Strategic thinker with strong data fluency — able to translate metrics into action plans and tie growth experiments to business outcomes

Hands-on experience with in-app messaging tools, campaign testing platforms, CRM/retention platforms, and product analytics

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across product, legal, marketing, and leadership

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
