About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Channel Partner Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in cybersecurity and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., CMMC, NIST 800-171). This strategic role is responsible for initiating, developing, and scaling our channel partner program from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building successful partner ecosystems, driving revenue through indirect sales, and enabling partners to deliver cybersecurity solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- TSD Development: Build strong relationship with key personnel at TSDs under contract in order to obtain referrals to C3 for CMMC Related requests.
- Partner Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic Trusted Advisors in order to drive sales activity.
- Enablement & Training: Deliver partner enablement training sessions to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support our offerings.
- Sales Execution: Collaborate with partners to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders.
- Performance Metrics: Meet KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track partner performance and program success.
- Attend partner events, industry trade shows, and security related conferences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align channel strategy with company goals.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security.

This a remote US-based position with at least 25% travel.
