Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-time Business Development Manager (Europe) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a networking expert with a proven track record in building robust pipelines and driving business growth across the European market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients across Europe
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in our CRM system
  • Actively develop and maintain a strong network of small and mid-size business owners within Europe
  • Identify and establish potential channel partners and collaborations
  • Maintain and/or exceed monthly KPIs specific to the European market

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of B2B business development experience, preferably within Europe
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of European business culture and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and a second European language is preferred
