As we expand, we’re looking for motivated, driven, and coachable Outside Sales Representatives to join our high-performing team. If you’re an energetic people-person with a passion for helping homeowners protect their largest investment, this might be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new roofing leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, events, and neighborhood canvassing
• Respond to inbound leads provided by the company
• Conduct free roof inspections using our digital tools and systems
• Educate homeowners on roofing options, materials, warranties, and pricing
• Present and close roof replacement contracts using our sales process
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a world-class experience
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure successful project completion
• Track all leads and appointments in our CRM
• Represent Reese Roofing professionally in the community

Requirements

Qualifications

• No roofing experience required — we train you
• Must be self-motivated, driven, and comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work outdoors and travel locally
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs (training provided)
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interactions
• Experience in sales, roofing, solar, home improvement, or real estate is a PLUS but not required
