You Are:
We’re hiring a Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) Program Lead to advance our federal reputation, relationships and revenue aligned to key accounts. The CRM Program Lead will guide the overall federal CRM program. This includes working closely with Accenture Federal Services client account leaders and Accenture CRM leaders to bring the best of the Accenture CRM program to the federal market to deliver on brand and growth outcomes. In this role, the CRM lead will focus on continually translating client needs, growth priorities, and data and insights into creative programs and campaigns, using technology marketing tools and advanced AI to deliver results at speed. This role works closely with client account and growth leaders and with partners across the Marketing + Communications team on insights and analysis, content and experience curation, ecosystem and industry programming, channel strategies, and campaign and channel activation.
Key responsibilities
- Advance and scale the Customer Relationship Marketing program and craft high-impact components that drive meaningful engagement with key decisionmakers and influencers and strong ROI for the business.
- Pilot, refine, and scale program innovations.
- Serve as a CRM lead for one account—design, lead, and execute an integrated account-specific marketing strategy, including curated content and experiences delivered through a robust engagement plan.
Core Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B or B2G organization.
- Federal industry marketing experience across a range of activities and channels such as issue marketing, account-based marketing, pursuit marketing, event marketing, content, social, digital, and paid media.
- Marketing function and program management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Serve as a marketing advisor to business stakeholders and account leaders, directing the right mix of marketing approaches and programs to achieve specific goals.
- Engage, influence, and mobilize leaders within a large, matrixed organization with executive-level leadership presence, critical thinking, and business judgment.
- Demonstrate ability to design, plan, and execute high-impact, creative, quality programs and campaigns in clear alignment with business strategy.
- Demonstrate superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills.
- Comfortably manage relationships and navigate change as well as “roll up your sleeves” in program management and execution.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
