About Pacific Health Group

At Pacific Health Group, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare. You will play a vital role in this mission. We are dedicated to improving health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health and coordinating comprehensive community-based services, particularly through our programs. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills to lead in this dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team.

Overview

Make an impact in your community while leading two high-performing outreach teams.

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Sales Manager to lead both our Inside Sales (Outreach Team Members) and Outside Sales (Street Outreach) departments. This role is ideal for someone who excels equally in strategy, people leadership, and community engagement — and who thrives in a mission-driven environment.

As our Sales Manager, you will shape outreach strategy, coach and develop a growing team, and expand PHG’s presence through strong community partnerships. Your work directly drives member engagement, access to care, and overall health outcomes for the communities we serve

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Department Management

  • Oversee both Inside Sales (OTMs) and Street Outreach (field representatives).
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for each function.
  • Coach and mentor team members through 1:1s, training sessions, and regular team meetings.
  • Build a culture of accountability, motivation, collaboration, and mission alignment

2. Inside Sales (Outreach Team Department)

  • Manage call-based and digital outreach campaigns targeting health plan–assigned member rosters.
  • Build retargeting and follow-up workflows to engage unresponsive members.
  • Develop scripts, messaging, and communication workflows in alignment with health plan guidelines.
  • Monitor and improve call volume, engagement rates, conversion rates, and monthly enrollment outcomes.
  • Use CRM tools and automation to ensure timely follow-up and quality documentation.

3. Street Outreach (Outside Sales Department)

  • Lead the Street Outreach Team responsible for in-person engagement and event-based enrollment support.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with CBOs, shelters, clinics, faith-based groups, and other community partners.
  • Oversee field execution at community events, housing organizations, resource fairs, and healthcare sites.
  • Increase brand visibility, community trust, and referral channels.
  • Track performance through event-driven leads, partnership quality, and enrollment conversions.

4. Sales, Strategy, Reporting, & Optimization

  • Develop annual and quarterly strategic plans for both Inside and Outside Sales teams.
  • Partner with analytics and operations to refine targeting, member sequencing, and outreach tactics.
  • Ensure accurate CRM documentation and workflow adherence (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
  • Deliver monthly reports with insights on ROI, engagement trends, and team performance.

5. Relationship Development & Representation

  • Represent Pacific Health Group at key meetings, community events, and partnership gatherings.
  • Strengthen relationships with health plans, local leaders, and nonprofit partners.
  • Support partnership onboarding and cross-functional coordination with operations and contracting teams.

Requirements

Core Skills

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people-development skills.
  • Strength in problem-solving, organization, and driving measurable results.
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Meet).
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with workflow automation and call campaign optimization is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years in sales, outreach, business development, or enrollment (healthcare preferred).
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding engagement or sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Culture & Mission Alignment

We seek a leader who embodies PHG’s values:

  • Accountability: Integrity and transparency in performance.
  • Results Orientation: A drive to exceed outreach and enrollment goals.
