Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries related to corporate accounts, product details, and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and comprehensive reporting.
- Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
