Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Manage customer interactions, documenting inquiries and resolutions efficiently in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and work towards delivering tailored solutions, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Collect feedback from customers to inform and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and develop best practices for enhancing customer support.
- Stay well-informed about our products, services, and industry trends in order to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or a relevant area is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools would be beneficial.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
