Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute product roadmap for small and micro-UPS systems
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Define product requirements and specifications
Set pricing strategies and product positioning
2. Product Development
Collaborate with engineering teams on product design and features
Manage product development timeline and milestones
Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee testing and validation processes
Coordinating with overseas ODM / OEM
3. Market Analysis & Customer Engagement
Identify market trends and customer needs
Gather and analyze customer & partner feedback
Coordination with channel partners for product related analysis.
Work with sales teams to understand customer requirements
Develop value propositions for deferent market segments
Develop Schemes for channel partner business model.
Lead to drive programs for segment specific growth initiatives.
Strategic focus on export market growth.
4. Business Performance
Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs
Analyze sales data and market share
Manage product pricing and profit margins
Identify opportunities for product line expansion
Development and analysis partner scheme
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (electrical / electronic / IT) with MBA.
10+ years of product management experience
Experience with power electronics or UPS products preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or technical master's degree
Knowledge of power protection industry
Experience with product lifecycle management
Understanding of electrical safety standards and certifications
International market experience
Location: Thane. Maharashtra.
Travel Requirements: 20-30% (partner meeting, trade shows, supplier meetings)
