Responsibilities:
  • You will be a Calibration Technician for Power Supplies in the service center and attending voscal campaigns.
  • Perform calibration and validation of electrical and electronic test instruments, including power supplies rated at 15–20 kW.
  • Service both Keysight and non-Keysight products, with work performed at customer locations and in the service center.
  • Performing routine tasks using prescribed procedures, while applying technical judgment for more complex duties.
  • Diagnose and resolve a broad range of technical problems of varying scope and complexity.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements through face-to-face and written interactions.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform on-site calibrations.

 

Qualifications:
  • Completed electronic/electrical education or apprenticeship, with proven experience in the electrical field, particularly with power supplies.
  • Practical work experience in calibration and testing; experience with automated test systems is highly desirable.
  • Solid IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office).
  • At least B2 communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to confidently answer customer questions and provide technical support.
  • Skilled at recognizing and anticipating problems, with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with others.
