Overview

Serving as a member of our Human Resources, General Admin, Facility & Compliance team, provides the Senior Director, European Human Resources & Compliance with assistance on multiple projects and procedures including, but not limited to: Be responsible for the communication with our external payroll providers within Europe and feed them the information they require to accurately process payroll. Help with the On-Boarding and Off-Boarding process as required. Help keep Benefits and policies up to date. Will work with and have access to sensitive and confidential information.  

Professional Qualifications

Education and Experience   

  • General Education and preferable have completed a training in HR office administration. 
  • At least 4 – 5 years experience in HR and experience with office communications systems.
  • Experience with payroll. 
  • Good communication skills in English and German (verbal/written).

Position Responsibilities

General Administrative & Compliance

  1. Assist in the tender process (assist the field with tenders and keep documents available and up to date).
  2. Maintenance and updates of internal policies within compliance and regulatory legal requirements
  3. Assist with Events (together with the General Administration & Facility Specialist).
  4. Assist travel bookings such as airline reservations, hotel and car arrangements as needed.
  5. Run and update reports as requested.
  6. Special projects as assigned.

Human Resources

  1. Ability to help develop, implement, support, and review all HR department initiatives, policies, procedures, and systems.
  2. Take care of company benefits.
  3. Be responsible for the communication with our external payroll providers within Europe and feed them the information they require to accurately process payroll.
  4. Assists the Human Resources team with organizing and implementing designated company events.
  5. Help with the On-Boarding process.
  6. Help with the Off-Boarding process.
  7. Be part of employee conversations, such as BEM or other conversations as needed.
  8. Assist with the upkeeping of the time recording process and be the stand in.
  9. Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records and files.
  10. Assist with other Human Resources duties as assigned.
