Job Qualification
Education Level : MSW
Experience : 2+ years
Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English
Computer Skill : Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Other Knowledge and Skills : Strong logical thinking ability and good communication skills
Job Responsibilities
Conduct regular employee welfare rounds on the shop floor to understand and document employee concerns.
Assist in handling employee grievances
Support planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in organizing training sessions related to policies, safety, and employee well-being, along with maintaining training records.
Prepare and maintain welfare activity records, grievance logs, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely communication and documentation.
Key Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good coordination and documentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
