We are looking for a Business Analyst Specialist to work on projects in the banking and financial sector. Their main tasks will be:
Payment Process Analysis and Optimization
- Map and analyze current banking payment and back-office processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Design future-state processes leveraging new payment platforms.
Project Methodology Application
- Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to manage iterative projects.
- Use Waterfall methodology for structured, large-scale initiatives.
- Select and adapt the methodology based on project context and needs.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Investigate complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- Perform detailed data analysis to support decisions.
Drive Innovation and Change
- Challenge existing processes and propose innovative alternatives.
- Influence stakeholders to adopt new practices and improvements.
Communication and Documentation
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Document processes, requirements, and solutions in a clear, structured manner.
Adapt and Deliver Value
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments.
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
Technical and Regulatory Alignment
- Stay updated on modern payment technologies and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in roles related to business analysis, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- 3 to 5 years of specific experience in banking payment processes and back-office, including defining future processes and implementing new payment platforms.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a practical understanding of how to apply them in transformation projects.
