SMB Program Manager

We are looking for a project and people-oriented SMB Program Manager who has experience working across different work streams, building processes and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone to work across our sales functions, influencing all our Australian scope of business. The role will drive consistent, operational rigour so that the program can continue to thrive in the rapidly expanding digital marketing sales environment.
Success in this position requires you to operate effectively with key Client stakeholders and with other senior colleagues to ensure SMB program initiatives are understood and consistently executed across a team of (currently) 80. The SMB Program Manager will also be directly responsible for certain SMB program workstreams.

Responsibilities
The role will report directly to the XFN (cross functional) Lead. The XFN Lead may occasionally assign other tasks and responsibilities to the SMB Program Manager beyond those listed below.
The role will be the single point of contact on the Accenture Leadership Team for the Client Program Management (PgM) team and will work closely with the Client PgM team to ensure programs and initiatives are well-supported and successfully executed across the Accenture SMB Australian team
A key objective and expected outcome of this role is consistent and successful implementation of project and program initiatives rolled out by the Client Program Management team across all SMB sales programs
The role will also coordinate between the Accenture SMB teams globally with respect to Client PgM initiatives. In this aspect of the role, the objective is to drive consistency of process and outcomes across the SMB footprint globally.
The role will be accountable for the outcomes of the ANZ Content Committee.
The role will be responsible and accountable for the outcomes and success of the Tech Enablement and Content Specialist Support teams in ANZ.
The SMB Program Manager will always be thinking about ‘the bigger picture’ of how sales teams can function more efficiently and effectively. And will work to solve complex problems and build or deploy scalable cross-SMB processes. This requires thinking of new ways to solve existing problems using data, process and fully take advantage of existing technology (Salesforce, Gong) and/or recommending new technology or process solutions. The SMB Program Manager will - occasionally - evaluate, recommend, scope, and implement cross-functional process and/or system improvement initiatives raised by the Accenture ANZ SMB team and designed to improve business outcomes. These will be based on data-driven analysis of complex data sets and insights arising from that.
Experience working across different teams in a high paced sales environment (or equivalent).
3+ years of project management and leadership experience in an AdTech sales environment.
Ability to make decisions using data with strong analytical and proven reporting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Extremely well-organised.
Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite, Tableau, Gong collaboration and presentation tools.
Ability to meet deadlines on tasks/projects with extreme attention to detail
The SMB Program Manager must be someone with a self-starter mentality that is ready to drive implementation of ideas and initiatives. The person must own and take tasks through to completion.
Prep and delivery of reporting for assigned areas.
Create employee engagement, career development, performance management, HC assignment and reassignment alongside Agency & Direct Sales team for the function in the team.
Handle day to day running of the function excluding significant HR related issues.
Review metrics - create and deliver any required reporting on underperforming metrics.
Identify opportunities for improvement and support all functions to scope and commission initiatives. Then drive implementation of continuous improvement or other cross-SMB business initiatives within their functional area.
Ensure consistency of approach, operational rigour and timely execution of initiatives across all teams in any functional area (e.g. product adoption, advertiser incentive programs, staff incentive programs).
