Description 

Marketwake is looking for an experienced ABM Campaign Manager to lead account-based marketing strategy and execution across multiple clients and platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—able to partner closely with our Account Managers, Paid Media team, and Director of Strategy to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact for our clients.

You’ll build targeted programs using platforms like 6sense, Propensity, Demandbase, and others, ensuring each client’s ABM strategy is aligned, activated, and optimized across the full funnel.

Key Responsibilities 

ABM Strategy Development

  • Build and implement full-funnel ABM strategies for a portfolio of clients, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many approaches.
  • Partner with Account Managers to translate client goals into actionable ABM roadmaps and campaign plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to activate ABM campaigns across digital channels.
  • Align with the Director of Strategy to ensure messaging, segmentation, and GTM priorities are integrated across campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and enablement to internal teams on ABM best practices, insights, and platform capabilities.

Platform & Data Expertise

  • Leverage ABM platforms (6sense, Propensity, Demandbase, etc.) for audience segmentation, intent scoring, journey insights, and optimization.
  • Build dashboards, pull data, and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.

Content & Personalization

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft personalized messaging, nurture streams, landing pages, and ads tailored to target accounts.
  • Ensure content aligns with funnel stage, industry, segment, and account needs.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Manage multi-channel ABM activations across email, paid media, web personalization, sales enablement, and more.
  • Monitor performance daily/weekly and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear, actionable reports for clients and internal teams outlining account engagement, conversion metrics, and revenue impact.
  • Lead quarterly ABM reviews to highlight wins, learning, and strategic pivots.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment.
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on ABM platform experience with tools such as 6sense, Propensity, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar.
  • Strong analytical background with experience in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels including paid social, programmatic, email, and web personalization.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment working across teams and priorities.
