A Day In The Life: As a Sales Executive (Sell-Out) you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be: Commercial execution: ensure flawless implementation of sales plans, promotions, replenishment and merchandising at point of sale.Account management & negotiation: secure assortment, shelf space and commercial terms with distributors, chains and key accounts.Customer development: build strong client relationships through regular field visits, training and local activation to drive loyalty and coverage.Insights & reporting: track sell-out KPIs (rotation, stock, sell-through), analyze performance and propose corrective actions to maximize results.
