You’ll oversee all operational and commercial activity within your area, from leading a motivated van sales team to ensuring every customer experience reflects our high standards. This is a field-based role covering the West, Midlands and Northern regions, offering real autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

The Ideal Candidate
- A commercially focused professional with 3+ years’ experience in channel, trade, or area management (FMCG or consumer goods ideal)
- Analytical, organised and confident managing budgets and P&L performance
- Skilled in building customer relationships and driving results through data-led decisions
- A clear communicator who leads by example and inspires your team
- Fully licensed with a clean C/C1 licence, CPC and Taco card

Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering channel growth strategies aligned with brand and business priorities
- Managing and motivating the van sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Monitoring performance and adapting plans to maximise results
- Analysing sales data to optimise pricing, mix, and profitability
- Partnering with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution
- Managing budgets, collections, and stock control in line with company procedures
- Providing cover and support for van sales where required
