List of duties:
- Appointment booking and training sessions for Customers
- Content Transfer (contacts, photos, messages, etc.) to the new device
- Walk out Working with New Device
- Take the lead with digital hybrid journeys in store – driving app penetration and empower customers to self-top up and pay their bills through the my Vodafone app
- Drive & Promote Trade ins performance within the team
- Set up accounts (Email, Facebook, iCloud, etc.) and install applications
- Drive and promote in store Repair service and liaise with onsite Engineer
- Deep Dive Care issues and take handovers of difficult care escalations
- Demonstrate device capabilities and learn / train in new features
- Unlock accounts and reset passwords
- Unlock device pattern and display code
- Synchronize data in the cloud (Gmail, iCloud)
- Troubleshoot device software problems
- Device software update
- Be a leader in New Tech launching in Irish Market & Brief local team
- Work with the team on identifying VAS sales and opportunities
